Thank you for applying to participate in TREND Seattle. The deadline for the application is February 20, 2020. Please review these instructions when filling out your application online.
You will only be able to apply for the show with this online application. Application release date - January 23, 2020.
Please read Application Information, Rules and Regulations before filling out application.
Fill out the application completely online. DO NOT SAY “AS BEFORE.”
All fees on the application will be automatically tabulated and totaled.
Pay in full online via your preferred credit or debit card. We only accept credit or debit cards for all show/booth fees including equipment rentals, dues (if owed) and promotional displays.
Advertising contracts must be completed separately. The advertising contract and payment are due NOW. Click here to complete the ad contract.
To be considered for space assignment, your application must be paid in full. The TREND office does cannot assign space to unpaid applicants.

TREND SEATTLE - SHOW SCHEDULE
APPLICATION INFORMATION, SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
NAME BADGES MUST BE WORN IN THE BUILDING AT ALL TIMES
Please pick up your name badge at the Registration Desk on set-up day. The Exhibitor Registration Desk will be open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday. Badges are mandatory for access to the building. If you have someone working with you, please add their name to your show application. Your badges allow you access to special events at the show.
Exhibitor Day - All extra badges need to be picked up on Friday.
Buyer Days - Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - are focused on buyers. All reps requesting help on Buyer Days must understand our focus is on Buyers.
Non-Members must become a member and pay membership fee after participation in two (2) shows. Non-Members participating in their third show must "Join Now" and pay the Membership fee to complete the application. Membership perks include a reduced Show Fee and being listed in our member directory.
Payment is due by Thursday, February 20, 2020. A late fee of $100 will be charged after the deadline, except for new exhibitors.
All applications must be signed electronically.
Fill in ALL lines and classifications on your application.
On or before February 24, 2020 - full refund.
February 25th through February 28th - The show fee is forfeited. One hundred percent of the booth fees will be refunded.
February 29th through the show - No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. We have a limited amount of booth space available. You will be contacted if the space you requested on your application is no longer available. All hotel suites used for showing are the same size.
SHOW HOURS AND POTENTIAL MOVE OUT PENALTY
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BOOTH BREAKDOWN OR SUITE MOVE OUT PRIOR TO 4p. A penalty of $200 will be assessed for movement of rolling racks (either in or out), taping of boxes and/or bagging items prior to 4:01pm. You will also lose your bid for desired placement at the show. You will not be allowed to show again until you’ve paid your fines. If you breakdown early twice, you will not be welcomed back to the show. This policy will be strictly enforced so make your travel plans accordingly.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Parcels for events held in the Hotel may be delivered up to (3) days prior to event. The shipment must be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the Hotel. Parcels should be addressed to:

For shipping out, ALL packages must be properly labeled. You must schedule your own pick-up with the shipping company and leave your packages at the hotel’s front desk. The hotel requires advance notice of shipment and number of boxes. Boxes should be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, etc. Deliveries or outgoing shipments of more than (5) boxes will be assessed a handling fee of $10 per box. Any boxes or any materials over 50 pounds will be assessed an additional $50 flat fee. Boxes left behind will be discarded.
MOVE IN AND MOVE-OUT
Hand carts - 30-minute use is FREE with sign out. Additional time rental fee.
Hotel staff will assist exhibitors with move-in. Tipping is HIGHLY encouraged.
Any exhibitor who causes permanent damage to the hotel will be billed for repairs.
Visit the Designated Hotel page for more information. Booth exhibitors must make their own hotel reservations. TREND Seattle will make all hotel reservations for suite exhibitors.
All equipment must be ordered on your application when submitted.
The cost of additional equipment requested at the show increase by 35%.
All rolling racks for TREND Seattle will be ordered directly from Fashion Show Transport (FST). Place your order on the FST website: www.fashionshowtransport.com
TREND Seattle promotional body forms and pedestal displays will be placed by the TREND Seattle staff in the designated areas.
You or TREND Seattle staff will dress your displays. Any damage or missing displays will be assessed $35.
